Tonja Woelber practices estate planning and business law in Anchorage. She has served three times as Chair or Co-Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Alaska Bar Association, and is a member and past President of the Anchorage Estate Planning Council. Tonja graduated from Harvard University in 1977 and from Northeastern University School of Law in 1980. Over the past twenty six years she has helped individuals and families plan for their futures in a confidential and supportive atmosphere. In addition to drafting wills and trusts, she practices in the areas of protective proceedings (guardianships and conservatorships), probate and trust administration, business law, secured transactions, and real estate.

Christina Passard’s practice is focused on the areas of estate planning, business and asset protection planning, estate and trust administration, and tax matters. Christina is on the Executive Committee of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Alaska Bar Association, and is a past President of the Anchorage Estate Planning Council. Christina is also a member of the Western States Bar Association, which is a select group of tax attorneys from the western United States. Christina graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting and received her law degree from the University of Denver. Christina also graduated from the University of Denver with a Masters of Laws in Taxation (L.L.M.) degree, which gives her the expertise to deal with simple or complex tax matters that often infiltrate all of her areas of practice.
Christina will accommodate most appointment requests, including in the Valley (Palmer and Wasilla areas) and the Kenai Peninsula. For potential clients outside of Southcentral Alaska, please contact our office to see what accommodations can be made for your needs.
